Murmuration
I created this project for my final submission in the third year of my degree. After completing The High Stakes Steak Bake, I realised my passion for model making as well as my interest in stop motion and I wanted to use this project to explore these areas. I set myself the challenge of creating an animation from scratch: writing the story, making the characters and set and animating it. I also wanted to try and use as many professional techniques and resources as possible to prepare myself for the industry. As character and set building are the areas I am the most fascinated with, I wanted to focus on these areas within this project.
