Hades and Persephone
This is a project I completed in late 2024 based on the ancient Greek myth of Hades and Persephone. Within this myth, Persephone, the daughter of the Goddess of the harvest, Demeter, is relaxing in a sunny field when Hades, the god of the underworld, tricks her and takes her down to the depths to be his wife. Using paper as my material of choice, this was my first solo attempt at stop motion animating and I had a lot of fun with this project. Despite my inexperience, I was very happy with the result.
